Accessibility Roadmap

The North Carolina Department of State Treasurer web site has been designed with two standard navigation bars on each page.  The top navigation bar contains the following links:

• Job Seekers

• Directions
• Privacy
  • Search
    The Search function will search the Department of State Treasurer's web site for web pages or documents that match the user's request.
  • Home
    The Home page link will return the user to the Department of State Treasurer's home page from anywhere in the web site.
  • Job Seekers
    The Job Seekers function will allow the user the ability to review job openings within the Department of State Treasurer, as well as download the state application forms. The following divisions are represented:
    • Finance Operations Division
    • Investment Division
    • Retirement Systems Division
    • State & Local Government Finance Division
    • Administrative Division
    • Information Technology Division
  • Site Map
    The Site Map function will allow the user to view the expanded links for each division of the Department of State Treasurer. Clicking on any of the links will bring the user directly to that web page.
  • Directions
    The Directions function will provide a user with two levels of directions to the Department of State Treasurer building. The first level provides high-level directions to navigate the user to the city of Raleigh. The second level is provided by using the "Mappoint - Raleigh" link, which provides a detailed map of the downtown Raleigh area.
  • Privacy
    The Privacy link provides the established requirements for disclosing to private citizens the collection, use and protection of their personal, non-public information when using North Carolina Department of State Treasurer (NCDST) information resources.

    Provides a list of the organizations key individuals, as well as a brief introduction to the Division's role and their responsibilities.
  • State & Local Government
    Provides a list of the organizations key individuals, as well as a brief description of their two sections: Debt Management and Fiscal Management.
  • Financial Operations
    Provides a list of the organizations key individuals, as well as a brief description of the Cash Management System. Is also includes a list of additional division responsibilities.
  • Investment Management
    Provides a list of the organizations key individuals, as well as a brief introduction to the Division's role and their responsibilities.
  • Information Technology
    Provides a list of the organizations key individuals, as well as a brief introduction to the Division's role and their responsibilities.
  • Administrative Services
    Provides a list of the organizations key individuals, as well as a brief introduction to the Division's role and their responsibilities.

    The bottom of each page of the web site contains a link to the North Carolina Governmental Portal. This portal acts as a gateway to the web sites for all the North Carolina Agencies.
